National Arts in Health Database - deadline this Friday 11th June

This is a quick reminder that the deadline for inclusion on the new national database for arts in health is this Friday 11th June. To be included, you need to fill in essential details at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/cultureandwellbeing.
The database will include organisations and individuals from across the country working in the field of arts and health and will feature on the new national website for arts in health www.cultureandwellbeing.org.uk due to go live in July. Make sure you and your organisation are represented by filling in the survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/cultureandwellbeing
