National Arts in Health Database - deadline this Friday 11th June

 The deadline for inclusion on the new national database for arts in health is this Friday 11th June. To be included, you need to fill in essential details at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/cultureandwellbeing.
 
The database will include organisations and individuals from across the country working in the field of arts and health and will feature on the new national website for arts in health www.cultureandwellbeing.org.uk due to go live in July.
